Bahan Membuat Banana Cake

  1. It's 150 gr of Terigu Segi Tiga.
  2. It's 150 gr of Gula Pasir.
  3. You need 2 buah of Pisang Raja Nangka.
  4. Prepare 3 butir of Telur.
  5. It's 1/2 sdt of Baking Powder.
  6. Prepare 1/4 sdt of vanila bubuk.
  7. It's 5 sdm of susu cair.
  8. It's 50 cc of Vegetable Oil.

Langkah Memasak Banana Cake

  1. Haluskan pisang, campur dengan susu cair. Sisihkan.
  2. Kocok telur dan gula sampai putih berjambul.
  3. Masukkan bubur pisang sedikit demi sedikit.
  4. Turunkan kecepatan mixer, masukkan terigu, baking powder dan vanila bubuk sedikit demi sedikit.
  5. Matikan mixer. Masukkan vegetable oil sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk balik.
  6. Siapkan loyang yg sudah dilumuri margarine kl loyang kamu ngga anti lengket. Aku pake loyang tulban ukuran sekitar 20 cm..
  7. Tuangkan adonan ke loyang.
  8. Panggang dg suhu 150 C, selama kurleb 25 menit, tergantung oven yg dipake.
