- Prepare 4 sdm of kacang tanah sangrai.
- Prepare 5 sdm of Ceres.
- Prepare 5 sdm of chocochip.
Langkah Memasak Banana Cake Crumb Choco
- Siapkan loyang disini saya pakai 23*23 olesi dengan margarin dan alasi kertas baking..
- Campur bahan Crumb jadi satu aduk-aduk rata.
- Ayak tepung, BP, soda kue,garam,vanili dan gula.
- Di tempat lain haluskan pisang dengan garpu.
- Campur pisang,minyak,susu cair,jeruk nipis,dan telur aduk rata.
- Campur bahan basah, ke bahan kering,aduk dengan Wisk.tidak perlu sampai licin.
- Tuang 1/2 adonan kemudian beri 1/2 taburan Crumb,kemudian tuang lagi sisa adonan dan tabur kembali sisa crumb.
- Panaskan oven, panggang selama 60 menit atau disesuaikan dengan oven masing-masing. Lakukkan test tusuk untuk.(Me :oven tangkring)..
