  1. Siapkan loyang disini saya pakai 23*23 olesi dengan margarin dan alasi kertas baking..
  2. Campur bahan Crumb jadi satu aduk-aduk rata.
  3. Ayak tepung, BP, soda kue,garam,vanili dan gula.
  4. Di tempat lain haluskan pisang dengan garpu.
  5. Campur pisang,minyak,susu cair,jeruk nipis,dan telur aduk rata.
  6. Campur bahan basah, ke bahan kering,aduk dengan Wisk.tidak perlu sampai licin.
  7. Tuang 1/2 adonan kemudian beri 1/2 taburan Crumb,kemudian tuang lagi sisa adonan dan tabur kembali sisa crumb.
  8. Panaskan oven, panggang selama 60 menit atau disesuaikan dengan oven masing-masing. Lakukkan test tusuk untuk.(Me :oven tangkring)..
  9. Setelah matang keluarkan dari oven dan sajikan..
