  1. Prepare 120 gram of pisang ambon mateng (halusin pake garpu jgn terlalu halus).
  2. It's 2 btr of telur.
  3. You need 60 gram of gula palem (boleh ditambah kalo suka manis).
  4. You need 75 gram of tepung gluten free (aku pake Fuko).
  5. You need 60 gram of butter (aku pake Royal Palmia).
  6. You need 1 sdt of kayu manis bubuk.
  7. Prepare 1/2 sdt of pasta vanila Fuko.
  8. It's secukupnya of gula palem & pisang potong utk taburan.

Langkah Memasak Banana Cake

  1. Kocok telur dan gula sampe pucat dan mengembang.
  2. Masukkan pisang yang udah d halusin pake garpu, aduk rata.
  3. Masukkan bertahap campuran tepung & bubuk kayu manis yg udh d ayak, aduk rata pake spatula.
  4. Masukkan margarin/butter cair, aduk balik sampe rata.
  5. Masukkan ke loyang, taburi gula palem & pisang potong kecil2 d atas, panggang kurleb 30 menit (aku pake otang).
