- Hancurkan pisang dg garpu. Masukkan minyak dan santan, mixer asal tercampur aja. Tambahkan kuning telur, garam dan vanili. Aduk rata, terakhir masukkan tepung beras separuh separuh. Setelah tercampur, sisihkan dulu..
- Bersihkan mixer dulu ya dari adonan pertama tadi..
- Lanjut Mixer, putih telur hingga berbusa dg speed rendah lalu masukkan cream of tartar, mixer kembali sebentar lalu masukkan gula pasir bertahap, saya 2x. Mixer dg kecepatan tinggi sampai kaku.
- Lalu campurkan adonan putih telur ke adonan kuning telur, 3 tahap. Aduk dg spatula aja. Jangan terlalu over ya aduknya. Santai tapi cepat 😄. Setelah tercampur, tuang ke loyang. Loyang tidak diolesi apa-apa. Hanya saya lapisi kertas roti..
- Karena cake ini dipanggang dg menaruh loyang di atas teflon, saya panaskan hanya 5menit teflonnya. Lalu taruh loyang di dalam teflon. Dan tutup. Panggang dg api kecil selama 45-55 menit. Tergantung jenis panggangan masing-masing ya.
