  1. Prepare 2,5 gelas belimbing of tepung mokaf (boleh diganti gandum).
  2. It's 4 butir of telur.
  3. Prepare 200 gram of gula pasir.
  4. It's 2 gelas of pisang ambon matang/raja nangka yg dihaluskan.
  5. Prepare 1 gelas of minyak sayur.
  6. You need 1 sdt of SP.
  7. Prepare 0.5 ons of kismis (sesuai selera).
  8. It's secukupnya of kayu manis bubuk utk taburan.
  9. You need secukupnya of vanilli bubuk.

Langkah Memasak Banana Cakes Gluten Free

  1. Campur telur, gula, vanikli bubuk, SP dan kocok dg mixer kecepatan tinggi hingga mengembang dan kental berjejak.
  2. Tambahkan kismis, pisang yg telah dihaluskan, tepung mokaf, dan minyak sayur. Aduk balik dengan menggunakan spatula hingga merata.
  3. Tuangkan adonan tsb ke dalam loyang yg telah diberi olesan mentega.
  4. Beri taburan bubuk kayu manis diatasnya.panggang selama kurang lebih 45 menit hingga matang.
