  6. It's 3 butir of telur.
  7. It's 1/2 sdt of kayumanis bubuk.
  8. Prepare 1/2 sdt of baking powder.
  9. It's 1 sachet of susu kental manis putih / coklat.
  10. Prepare 1/4 sdt of garam.

Langkah Memasak Gluten free Banana Butter Cake

  1. Panaskan oven, olesi loyang dengan margarin / pan grease.
  2. Haluskan pisang dengan garpu, tambahkan susu kental manis dan garam, sisihkan.
  3. Dalam wadah lain, campurkan tepung beras, maizena, baking powder dan kayu manis bubuk, ayak.
  4. Mixer dengan kecepatan tinggi, gula palem dan margarin hingga pucat dan lembut, lalu tambahkan telur satu persatu.
  5. Setelah telur tercampur rata, turunkan speed, masukkan pisang halus, kocok lagi sebentar.
  6. Masukkan campuran tepung, kocok hingga benar2 tercampur sempurna.
  7. Tuang di loyang, panggang kurang lebih 25-30 menitan di suhu 180°.
