Bahan Membuat Banana Ciffon with Palm Sugar (gluten free)
- It's 4 butir of telur.
- You need 40 gr of gula palem.
- Prepare 30 gr of gula pasir.
- Prepare 70 ml of santan kental/UHT (me: kara 65 ml +air 5 ml).
- Prepare 40 ml of Olive oil.
- You need 150 gr of pisang ambon.
- Prepare 1/4 sdt of essens vanila/vanili bubuk.
- You need 100 gr of tepung beras.
- It's sejumput of garam (tambahan saya).

- Siapkan bahan. Lumatkan pisang. Campurkan dg gula palem aduk. Pisahkan kuning dan putih telur..
- Mixer putih telur dan garam sampai berbusa. Kemudian masukkan gula pasir bertahap (me; 3 tahap).. Mixer sampai soft peak/kaku..
- Mixer kuning telur yg dicampur dg pisang+gula palem. Tambahkan minyak+santan+essens vanila mixer sebentar. Kemudian ayak tepung beras kedalamnya. Mixer sebentar saja sampai tercampur rata..
- Panaskan Oven selama 10 menit.
- Tuang adonan putih telur ke adonan kuning telur bertahap. Kemudian aduk balik sampai benar2 tercampur rata pastikan tidak ada yg mengendap dibawah. Tapi Jangan over mix juga yah bund..
- Terakhir tuang kecetakan ciffon. Cetakan tidak perlu dipoles apa2 yah. Hentakkan 2 kali agar keluar udara. Aq pake loyang ukuran 22 cm. Jadi gak terlalu tinggi hasilnya..
- Panggang dg suhu 180°C selama 35 menit. Sesuaikan dg oven masing2 yah.. Last minute aq hanya pake api bawah karena permukaannya dah mulai retak. Cek saja ya bund...
- Keluarkan dr oven kemudian tangkupkan. Sampai benar2 dingin..
- Kemudian sisir pinggir dan bawahnya..
- Potong2.. yummeeehh..😋😋😋.
- Perpaduan pisang, gula palem dan santan bener2 cocok banget.. Bikin nagih..😋😋😋.
- Lembuut dan ringan.. syukaa..😍😘.
