  2. Prepare 2 of gelas/cup oats (aku pakai quaker oats merah).

  5. You need 1/2 gelas of susu uht.
  6. It's 1/2 sdt of garam.
  7. Prepare 1/2 sdt of baking soda.
  8. Prepare 1/2 sdt of baking powder.
  9. Prepare 1 sdt of air lemon/jeruk nipis.
  10. It's 1/2 gelas of gula pasir.
  11. Prepare Secukupnya of vanila /perasa makanan lain.
  12. It's Secukupnya of bahan isian.

Langkah Memasak Banana Oat Cake (gluten free)

  1. Panaskan oven. Siapkan satu baskom ukuran sedang, aku pakai gelas belimbing untuk alat ukurnya.
  2. Masukkan gula pasir dan telur ke baskom, kocok dengan whisker atau spatula.
  3. Masukkan minyak goreng, susu uht, air lemon, selain pewangi air lemon/jeruk nipis berfungsi utk menstabilkan adonan juga.
  4. Lumat pisang dgn garpu dan campurkan ke adonan tadi.
  5. Tambahkan garam, baking soda, vanila, baking powder, dan terakhir masukkan oats (aku tambah chia seeds juga 1 sdm).
  6. Masukkan ke loyang, kasih bahan isian, dan taburan. Panggang 45 menit api sedang (aku pakai muffin cup yg dicemplung ke baking pan, ngirit gas mode on), kalau pakai oven 180°c.
