- It's 100 gram of tepung mocaf (sy pake merk ladang lima).
- It's 100 gr of gula aren (60 utk adonan, 30 utk cheese cream).
- You need 1/2 sdt of baking powder.
- You need 100 ml of minyak kelapa (60 utk adonan, 40 utk cheesecream).
- You need 2 butir of telor.
- Prepare 8 buah of pisang (boleh raja, uli, kepok) sy pake kepok.
- Prepare 60 gram of cheesecream.
- Prepare Secukupnya of kacang almond.
- It's Secukupnya of ceres.

- Siapkan loyang, alasi dg mentega, lalu baking paper.
- Campurkan telor, gula aren dg whisk hingga tercampur rata. Tambahkan tepung yg sudah dicampur dg baking powder. Aduk-aduk hingga tercampur. Lalu tambahkan minyak kelapa..
- Tuang adonan k dlm loyang. Ratakan..
- Belah pisang menjadi 2 bagian, lalu tata berjajar di atas adonan..
- Campurkan cheesecream, gula 30 gram, minyak 40 ml, aduk terus dg whisk hingga smooth. Agak lama ya aduknya...intinya smpe bahu agak pegel. Hehehe.
- Stelah cheesecream smooth, ratakan di atas permukaan pisang. Jd ini sbg lapisan stelah pisang..
- Stelah itu taburkan kacang almond dan ceres..
- Panggang dg suhu atas bawah 180°C selama 35 menit. Trgantung jenis oven. Nanti akan mengembang selama proses pemanggangan. Itu tanda2 mulai matang...😊. Stelah itu tes lidi. Jika udh matang keluarkan dr oven dan angin2 kan. Lalu lepas baking papernya. Selamat mencoba.
