- Prepare 1/2 sdt of baking soda.

- It's 2 sdt of bubuk kayu manis organik.
- It's 125 g of mentega.
- It's 100 g of gula pasir.
- You need 2 buah of telur.

- Panaskan oven pada suhu 180 delci..
- Olesi loyang dengan mentega lalu dibaluri tepung beras tipis2 saja..
- Campur semua bahan kering hingga rata..
- Ditempat terpisah, haluskan pisang dengan garpu dan tambahkan bubuk kayu manis..
- Ditempat lain kocok mentega dan gula pasir dengan kecepatan rendah hingga lembut dan ringan..
- Masukkan telur 1 per 1 ke dalam adonan mentega dengan kecepatan sedang..
- Masukkan bahan kering, dan aduk dengan kecepatan rendah..
- Masukkan adonan ke dalam loyang..
- Panggang hingga matang..
- Sajikan jika sudah dingin..
