- Prepare 1/2 sdt of Vanilla essence.
- Prepare of Cinnamon Bubuk (sesuai selera).
- Prepare secukupnya of Meses Coklat.
- Prepare 2 sdm of air putih.
Langkah Memasak Banana Cake Gluten Free Oven (no mixer)
- Lumatkan pisang, lalu campur dengan gula kelapa hingga gula larut. Masukkan telur aduk rata, tambahkan air putih, minyak kelapa dan vanilla eseence. Aduk sampai tercampur rata semua..
- Campur tepung singkong + tepung oat + maizena, masukkan fiber creme bubuk, baking soda, baking powder, aduk secukupnya hingga tercampur semua bahan..
- Masukkan adonan 1 ke adonan 2, tambahkan cinnamon bubuk dan meses coklat. Aduk rata tapi jangan terlalu lama..
- Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang yang sudah diolesi minyak kelapa. Lalu panggang dalam Oven selama ±40 menit dalam suhu 170°.
- Sebaiknya tunggu agak dingin ketika ingin memotongnya..
