  12. Prepare of Cinnamon Bubuk (sesuai selera).
  13. Prepare secukupnya of Meses Coklat.
  14. Prepare 2 sdm of air putih.

Langkah Memasak Banana Cake Gluten Free Oven (no mixer)

  1. Lumatkan pisang, lalu campur dengan gula kelapa hingga gula larut. Masukkan telur aduk rata, tambahkan air putih, minyak kelapa dan vanilla eseence. Aduk sampai tercampur rata semua..
  2. Campur tepung singkong + tepung oat + maizena, masukkan fiber creme bubuk, baking soda, baking powder, aduk secukupnya hingga tercampur semua bahan..
  3. Masukkan adonan 1 ke adonan 2, tambahkan cinnamon bubuk dan meses coklat. Aduk rata tapi jangan terlalu lama..
  4. Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang yang sudah diolesi minyak kelapa. Lalu panggang dalam Oven selama ±40 menit dalam suhu 170°.
  5. Sebaiknya tunggu agak dingin ketika ingin memotongnya..
