- Masak terlebih dahulu agar nya, ikuti petunjuk diagar. Setelah matang, taruh di wadah datar, tunggu sampai dingin baru dipotong dadu..
- Ambil mangga, kalau aku pakai 1 buah mangga masukkan kedalam blender, tambah gula dan sedikit susu evaporasi, setelah halus masukkan semua susu (evaporasi, skm) ke dalam blender, jika dirasa terlalu kental bisa tambahkan sendikit air. Setelah itu taruh kedalam wadah dan tambahkan selasih. 1 buah mangga lagi dipotong dadu..
- Setelah itu ambil gelas, masukkan mangga susu tadi, tambahkan agar dan mangga dadu. Voilaaa, siap dinikmati. Lebih enak kalau dingin, bisa ditambah es batu atau ditaruh di kulkas terlebih dahulu..
