Prepare 1500 ml of Air untuk merebus Koyor Sapi.
Prepare Secukupnya of Kaldu bubuk.
You need Secukupnya of Garam.
Prepare Secukupnya of Gula.
It's of bumbu halus :.
You need 10 butir of Bawang Merah.
Prepare 4 butir of Bawang Putih.
It's 8 butir of Kemiri.
It's 2 sendok makan of Ketumbar bubuk.
You need 2 ruas of Kencur.
Prepare 5 buah of Cabe Merah.
Prepare 5 butir of Kluwak (ambil isinya).

Langkah Memasak Brongkos

Rendam kacang tholo selama kurang lebih 3 jam.
Rebus Koyor sampai empuk, jangan buang airnya.
Tumis Bumbu Halus sampai wangi dan matang.
Jika sudah matang, tambahkan sedikit air kaldu bekas rebusan Koyor.
Masukkan santan kemasan. Tunggu sampai mendidih.
Masukkan semua bahan ke dalam panci slow cooker..
Tekan tombol High. Masak selama kurang lebih 3-4 jam.
Jika tidak ada panci slow cooker, masak dengan api kecil, dengan sesekali diaduk, sampai kuah mengental.
