Chili oil After experimenting with many variations, we're excited to share this authentic homemade chili oil recipe. Heat the corn oil in a wok until it smokes. Turn off heat and set aside until it's cooled.

Bahan Membuat Chili oil

  1. It's 250 gr of minyak goreng.
  2. It's 60 gr of cabai kering.
  3. Prepare 25 gr of bawang putih (8 siung).
  4. You need 25 gr of bawang merah (8 siung).
  5. It's 25 gr of ebi kering.
  6. It's 1 sdt of garam.
  7. It's 1/2 sdt of gula putih.
  8. You need 1/2 sdt of micin.
  9. You need 2 sdm of kecap asin.

Langkah Memasak Chili oil

  1. Haluskan cabai kering dengan blender.
  2. Blender bawang merah dan bawang putih dan minyak hingga halus.
  3. Rendam ebi dengan air hangat selama 30 menit, buang air nya lalu blender kasar.
  4. Tumis bumbu halus sampai matang, bumbui dengan garam, gula, micin sebelum air dalam tumisan habis (ebi dan bawang yg di blender tadi mengandung air).
  5. Masukan cabai yg sudahlah di haluskan, masak hingga minyak berwarna merah.
  6. Tambahkan kecap asin, masak sebentar.
  7. Simpan chili oil dalam botol kaca yg sudah di sterilisasi..
  8. Tips sterilisasi botol kaca dengan cara di oven (setelah dicuci dan dikeringkan) suhu 100 selama 25 menit atau dengan cara di rebus seperti botol susu bayi, fungsi sterilisasi agar supaya chili oil nya awet tanpa bahan pengawet.
