Bahan Membuat Chili Oil

  1. It's 250 gr of Minyak goreng.
  2. You need 60 gr of cabe kering (kl mau lebih pedes pake yg rawit).
  3. Prepare 25 gr of Bawang putih.
  4. Prepare 25 gr of Bawang merah.
  5. You need 25 gr of Ebi.
  6. It's 1 sdt of Garam.
  7. You need 1/2 sdt of gula.
  8. It's 1/2 sdt of kaldu jamur totole.
  9. You need 2 sdm of kecap asin.

Langkah Memasak Chili Oil

  1. Blender cabe kering sampai agak halus, sisihkan.
  2. Bleder bawang merah, bawang putih dan minyak hingga halus.
  3. Tambahkan ebi yang sudah direndam, blender sebentar.
  4. Tumis bumbu halus sampai matang dan wangi, masukan garam, gula, kaldu jamur sebelum air dalam bawang habis.
  5. Masukan cabe yang sudah dihaluskan, masak hingga minyak berwarna merah.
  6. Tambahkan kecap asin, masak sebentar.
  7. Simpan Chili oil dalam botol kaca yang sudah disterilisasi.
