Bahan Membuat Cuanki chili oil
- Prepare 15 of Siomay cuanki kering.

Langkah Memasak Cuanki chili oil
- Rebus bahan cuanki hingga matang.
- Cuci bersih daun bawang lalu iris kecil². Sambil menunggu bahan cuanki matang kita buat chili oilnya.
- Campurkan semua bahan bubuk cabai,bon cabe,garam,gula kecuali minyak dalam sebuah mangkuk tahan panas.
- Panaskan minyak dengan api sedang hingga panas dan mulai berasap. Tuang ke dalam campuran cabai.
- Aduk rata dan diamkan hingga benar-benar dingin. Minyak cabai akan berubah kemerahan pekat dengan aroma yang tajam pedas.
- Siapkan mangkuk lalu masukan bumbu indofood sapi, pecin, daun bawang dan perasan jeruk limau. Kemudian tuangkan bahan cuanki ke dalam mangkuk tambahkan chili oil yang tadi sudah dibuat. Jangan lupa test rasa dan hidangkan. Mudah kan moms🤗❤.
