- Siapkan bahan bahan rendam ebi dgn air hangat selama 30 menit,lalu tiriskan..
- Haluskan cabe kering dgn food procesor,sisihkan.
- Blender bawang merah dan bawang putih dgn setengah bagian minyak hingga halus tambahkan ebi blender lagi sebentar setengah halus.
- Panaskan sebagian lagi minyak goreng tumis bumbu yg telah diblender hingga harum masukan garam,gula pasir dan penyedap aduk rata.
- Sebelum air dalam tumisan habis Masukan cabe kering yg telah diblender masak hingga minyak berwarna kemerahan masukan kecap asin aduk dan masak sebentar,angkat,dinginkan masukan toples kaca yg sudah disterilkan..
