Langkah Memasak Brongkos Telur
- Rebus telor dan di tempat terpisah rebus kacang tolo sampai empuk.
- Panaskan minyak lalu masukkan bumbu halus dan tunggu sampai harum.
- Masukkan kluwak yang sudah dihaluskan/ditumbuk.
- Masukkan tempe dan telur, aduk pelan-pelan sampai bumbu meresap.
- Setelah itu masukkan santan, masako, Laos, Serai, Daun salam, Gula merah.
