  6. You need of Jamur enoki, tofu, rumput laut kering (sesuai selera).
  7. Prepare 1 sdt of kecap ikan.
  8. It's 1 sdt of kecap asin.
  9. Prepare Sedikit of garam.
  10. Prepare 1 liter of air.

Langkah Memasak Salmon Miso Soup

  1. Bersihkan kepala salmon. Sisihkan.
  2. Tumis bawang dan jahe hingga harum, masukkan air, masak hingga mendidih..
  3. Setelah air mendidih, masukan dashi, kemudian kepala salmon, masak hingga berubah warna..
  4. Masukkan miso, beri kecap asin, kecap ikan. Cicipi rasa, jika kurang asin tambahkan garam..
  5. Masukkan tofu, jamur enoki dan rumput laut kering yg sdh direndam air hingga lunak..
  6. Miso soup siap disajikan. Yummy.
  7. Tadi saya cuma pake tofu aja, tidak pake jamur enoki atau rumput laut..
