Bahan Membuat Salmon miso soup ala sushi tei (Salmon misoshiru)
- You need of kaldu dashi.
- It's 10 of x30 cm kombu dashima (kelp/ semacam rumput laut yang lembarannya besar).
- You need 1 liter of air.
- It's 3 sdm of miso paste.
- Prepare of bahan sup.
- Prepare 2 slices of salmon fillet.
- Prepare 2 bungkus of jamur enoki.
- It's of tofu/ tahu sutera (difoto aku lagi pake tahu biasa karena abisin yang di kulkas).
- You need of sawi putih (biar lengkap sayur-sayurannya).
- You need of bumbu-bumbu.
- You need of bawang putih (untuk marinasi salmon).
- Prepare of garam.
- You need of lada.
- It's of gula.
- You need of kaldu jamur.
Langkah Memasak Salmon miso soup ala sushi tei (Salmon misoshiru)
- Kita buat si kuahnya dulu yaa.. buat kaldu dashi dengan cara: rendam kelp 1 jam di air suhu ruang, lalu rebus air tersebut sama kelp selama 30 menit. buang kelp. ohiya, kalo ada putih-putih di kelp nya jangan dicuci, itu yang bikin umami. masukkan miso paste..
- Salmonnya saya marinates dulu dengan bawang putih halus, garam, lada. trus di grill bentar. tahunya juga di grill bentar. biar enak ajaa 😂.
- Masukkan bahan-bahan ke kuah. sawi, tahu, lalu salmon dan jamur terakhir biar ga layu banget. koreksi rasa dengan menambah garam, gula, lada, dan kaldu jamur. selesai. salmon miso soup siap dihidangkan 🍲.
- Notes: di resep ini, aku ga nambahin garam, gula, kaldu jamur lagi loh.. karena rasa gurih dari konbunya udah pas menurutku.. cuma balik lagi ke selera yaa, kalo kurang ditambah-tambah sendiri deeh. see you 😉.
