The Japanese often begin their day with a warm bowl of miso soup. But it's good anytime--especially if you're feeling sick. The original is full of savory, umami flavor but also high in sodium, so I've cut back a bit on the miso.
Bahan Membuat Miso tofu soup
- You need 250 gr of sayap ayam (daging bagian apapun).
- You need 2 lembar of besar nori kering, rendam air, tiriskan.
- You need 1 bungkus of tofu (tahu sutra).
- Prepare 750 ml of air.
- You need 2 sdm of miso paste.
- You need of Cuciwis (optional, memanfaatkan sayuran yg ada dirumah).
- It's of Bumbu :.
- It's 3 siung of bawang putih, haluskan.
- Prepare 1 sdm of kecap asin.
- It's secukupnya of Garam, gula, merica.
Langkah Memasak Miso tofu soup
- Cuci bersih semua bahan, sisihkan.
- Tumis bawang putih hingga harum, tambahkan air, tunggu hingga mendidih..
- Masukkan ayam tunggu hingga ayam matang. Tambahkan bahan lainnya..
- Beri kecap asin, miso paste, gula, garam, dan merica koreksi rasa..
- Tambahkan cuciwis, matang dan sajikan..
Make sure to cut the heat and gradually dissolve the paste in the hot broth before you stir it in. Soften the miso in a small bowl by mixing it with a few tablespoons of hot dashi. Pour the softened miso into the saucepan. Heat the soup, being careful not to boil, and add tofu. Any tofu is suitable for making miso soup, but the silken or smooth tofu is my choice.
