Langkah Memasak Miso Udon Soup

  1. Wakame atau rumput laut direndam pake air angit sampai mengembang, sisihkan....
  2. Panaskan air sampai mendidih, masukan wortel dan dashi rebus wortel sampai tingkat kematangan yg di inginkan.
  3. Masukan pasta miso, caranya cairkan pasta dgn kuah yg sedang dimasak baru dimasukan.
  4. Masukan tahu masak sampai matang.
  5. Terakhir tambahkan gula, kecap asin dan kaldu, test rasa, lalu masukan wakame nya.
  6. Kalo susah pas matikan kompor.
  7. Di panci yg lain didihkan air dan rebus udon sampe mateng.
  8. Setelah udon mateng tiriskan, lalu taro dalam mangkok, kemudian siram dengen kuah miso lalu kasih topping, udah gitu doank.
