Salmon skin and beef Miso Soup This soup is a nutrition powerhouse! Deep fried salmon skin on mixed green salad. Choose your soup: Miso, Hot & Sour, Egg Drop and House Salad Select your Rolls: California, Spicy Tuna, Spicy Salmon, Tuna, Salmon Unique combination of shrimp, chicken, and beef mixed with variety of vegetables with brown sauce.

Bahan Membuat Salmon skin and beef Miso Soup

  1. It's 100 gr of Beef komagire (seperti daging sukiyaki tp lebih tipis).
  2. You need 250 gr of Kulit Salmon.
  3. Prepare 1 bh of Lobak, potong sesuai selera.
  4. You need 1 sdm of Rumput laut kering, rendam dalam air sampai mengembang.
  5. You need 3 bh of Tahu putih potong kotak2, +/- 1cm.
  6. You need 2 sachet of Dashi (kaldu ikan jepang).
  7. It's 80 gr of Miso (tauco putih jepang). Saya pakai merk Miko Chan.
  8. Prepare 800 ml of Air.
  9. You need 2-3 batang of Daun bawang.
  10. You need 1/2 sdt of garam (optional, cek rasa kl kurang asin).

Langkah Memasak Salmon skin and beef Miso Soup

  1. Didihkan air dan rebus lobak sampai setengah matang (saya memilih utk merebus lobak di panci terpisah).
  2. Di panci yg berbeda, rebus 800ml air dan Dashi dgn api besar sampai mendidih.
  3. Setelah mendidih, kecilkan api menjadi sedang masukkan lobak 1/2 matang, tahu. Rebus sampai mendidih.
  4. Setelah mendidih, masukkan kulit salmon sambil kecilkan api menjadi yg paling kecil (krn jika terlalu lama dimasak daging salmon bisa hancur).
  5. Setelah salmon matang, masukkan miso sambil diaduk rata sampai miso nya larut.
  6. Masukkan beef komagire, daun bawang dan rumput laut yg sudah direndam.
  7. Koreksi rasa, jika kurang asin bisa tambahkan garam..
  8. Setelah daging berubah warna, segera matikan api..
  9. Selesai! 😊.

Perfectly crispy skin and the miso honey glaze is addictive. Quick and easy to make.and absolutely delicious! Overall the salmon tasted great, especially with the miso sauce! I did have some difficulty with the skin sticking to the pan. About half of the skin on each.
