- Jika kuah miso sudah mendidih, masukan tofu dan biarkan hingga mengambang (matang).
- Jika sudah matang, masukan irisan tipis daun bawang..
- Jika ingin disajikan, masukan rumput laut di mangkuk, dan campur dengan kuah miso.
