Bahan Membuat Miso soup
- You need 1 lt of air.
- Prepare 1 bh of tahu cina / sutra.
- You need 1 sdm of dashi (kaldu ikan).
- You need 1 sdt of miso (saya pakai enachan).
- It's 2 sdm of wakame (rumput laut kering).
- Prepare Secukupnya of garam.
- Prepare 1/2 sdt of minyak wijan.
- It's of Wijen putih.
- Prepare of Daun bawang (iris tipis).
Langkah Memasak Miso soup
- Siapkan panci, rebus air hingga mendidih. Masukkan tahu yg sudah dipotong kotak dan dashi..rebus kembali hingga mendidih kecilkan api.
- Masukkan miso yg dicairkan lalu wakame, tambahkan minyak wijen. Koreksi rasa. Bila kurang asin tambahkan garam.matikan kompor.
