  1. Siapkan bahan yang di butuh kan.
  2. Cuci bersih ikan dan daun bawang,tahu potong dadu, ikan potong tipis serong, daun bawang potong kecil kecil, lalu sisih kan.
  3. Larutkan moso pasta dengan sedikit air hangat, aduk hingga benar benar larut.

  5. Angkat dan tuang sup kedalam mangkok saji, taburi atas nya dengan katsuobushi,sup nya siap untuk di sajikan, nikmati selagi masih hangat.
