  8. It's secukupnya of Garam.
  9. You need secukupnya of Merica.

Langkah Memasak Miso soup ala-me

  1. Blender tauco dan bawang putih halus sampai benar-benar halus. Taruh dalam wadah. Di sini saya langsung bikin agak banyak. Jadi sebagian saya masukkan ke dalam wadah untuk per sekali masak, simpan dalam freezer.
  2. Rendam rumput laut wakame selama sekitar 5 menit atau sampai mengembang lunak. Potong-potong tahu bentuk dadu, sisihkan.
  3. Rebus air sampai mendidih. Masukkan pasta miso. Tambahkan garam, merica dan dashinomoto. Tes rasa. Kalau dirasa sudah pas, masukkan rumput laut dan wakame. Setelah mendidih, matikan api. Sajikan hangat dan enjoooy......
