- Pertama kali kita buat dulu kaldunya : masukkan kombu kedalam air...baru nyalakan api dan didihkan..
- Setelah air mendidih,matikan api,lalu masukkan katsuo boshi.tunggu beberapa menit..setelah itu saring(buang kombu dan katsuo boshi).
- Kalau tidak menemukan kombu dan katsuo boshi,atau ingin praktis,air kaldunya bisa juga menggunakan hon dashi yg dijual di supermaket besar.
- Masukkan kembali air kaldu tadi ke dalam panci,lalu masukkan potongan tahu,wakame,lalu tambahkan miso paste,lalu tambahkan shoyu sedikit..
- Cek rasa,dan siap disajikan dengan nasi pulen hangat dan ikan salmon panggang atau bisa gunakan ikan lainnya 😋.
