  1. Pertama kali kita buat dulu kaldunya : masukkan kombu kedalam air...baru nyalakan api dan didihkan..
  2. Setelah air mendidih,matikan api,lalu masukkan katsuo boshi.tunggu beberapa menit..setelah itu saring(buang kombu dan katsuo boshi).
  3. Kalau tidak menemukan kombu dan katsuo boshi,atau ingin praktis,air kaldunya bisa juga menggunakan hon dashi yg dijual di supermaket besar.
  4. Masukkan kembali air kaldu tadi ke dalam panci,lalu masukkan potongan tahu,wakame,lalu tambahkan miso paste,lalu tambahkan shoyu sedikit..
  5. Cek rasa,dan siap disajikan dengan nasi pulen hangat dan ikan salmon panggang atau bisa gunakan ikan lainnya 😋.
