Langkah Memasak Salmon Miso Soup (Nabemono)
- Pertama-tama, bersihkan salmon. Cuci pada air mengalir, lalu beri perasan lemon/jeruk nipis. Kebetulan saya hanya punya lemon, jadi saya pakai lemon. Tujuannya adalah untuk menghilangkan bau amis salmon..
- Setelah itu, rebus salmon dalam waktu -/+ 5 menit..
- Masukkan semua bumbu halus kedalam rebusan salmon..
- Setelah rebusan salmon wangi, masukkan lobak putih dan wortel. Tunggu 5 menit..
- Lalu masukkan miso soup.
Silakan mencoba 🍜.
This rich, velvety soup is reminiscent of a New England clam chowder in its creaminess, yet it doesn't contain a drop of dairy. The main ingredients are fish scraps. Miso gives the soup body and I like to use awasemiso, a mix of the red and white varieties. It strikes a happy medium between sweet shiro or white miso, and more salty and punchy red or akamiso. This simple salmon miso soup is packed with healthy nutrients like protein, unsaturated fats, fiber, and vitamins and minerals!
