It was a long story but the tuna nuta I had with the fishermen inspired me to make today's recipe. I used white miso instead of brown miso in my recipe for Tuna and Shallots Nuta. Miso recipes that we keep coming back to.
Bahan Membuat Sup Miso tuna fillet,we cen yi thang
- Prepare 130 grm of ikan tuna fillet.
- You need 150 grm of tahu sutra (nun tofu).
- Prepare 2 sdm of Miso pasta (we cen).
- You need of Daun bawang secukup nya.
- Prepare 700 ml of air.
- It's 1 sdt of gula.
- You need 1/4 sdt of kaldu jamur.
- You need of Katsuobushi secukup nya (ikan cakalang asap,serut).
Langkah Memasak Sup Miso tuna fillet,we cen yi thang
- Siapkan bahan yang di butuh kan.
- Cuci bersih ikan dan daun bawang,tahu potong dadu, ikan potong tipis serong, daun bawang potong kecil kecil, lalu sisih kan.
- Larutkan moso pasta dengan sedikit air hangat, aduk hingga benar benar larut.
- Masak air hingga mendidih, kemudian masukan tahu,biarkan sebentar, kemudian masukan ikan,Miso pasta, gula dan kaldu jamur,masak hingga ikan matang, terakhir masukan potongan daun bawang, koreksi rasa,matikan api.
- Angkat dan tuang sup kedalam mangkok saji, taburi atas nya dengan katsuobushi,sup nya siap untuk di sajikan, nikmati selagi masih hangat.
- NB : memasak sup Miso tidak perlu terlalu lama karena jika kita masak nya ter lalu lama akan terasa pahit,Happy cooking😊.
