- Buat Dashi, atau kaldu Jepang: masukan bonito flake ke dalam air di panci, biarkan mendidih sampai 3 menit, kemudian saring sehingga menjadi kaldu bening.
- Didihkan kembali kaldu, kecilkan api sedang, masukan Tahu dan Daun Bawang, biarkan sampai kembali mendidih, kecilkan api, masukan pasta miso dengan memakai saringan agar tahu tidak hancur.
- Aduk rata, koreksi rasa, bisa ditambah miso jika kurang asin, tidak perlu memakai garam lagi, masukan rumput laut, miso dan rumput laut di masak sebentar saja dengan api kecil, mati kan api, angkat sajikan.
