  3. You need 3-4 siung of bawang putih, cincang halus.
  4. It's 1 ruas of jahe.
  5. You need 600 ml of air (1/2 panci).
  6. You need 1/2 sdt of gula.
  7. It's 1/2 sdt of kaldu jamur (bisa diskip).
  8. It's 2 sdm of minyak zaitun (aku ganti minyak kelapa) untuk menumis.
  9. It's 1 buah of tahu Jepang, potong 2 bagian dan potong kotak.

Langkah Memasak Salmon Miso Soup Sederhana

  1. Siapkan bahan-bahan, cincang halus jahe dan bawang putih..
  2. Jika dari frozen, rebus salmon dengan api kecil 5-6 menit. setelah itu besarkan api sedikit sampai mendidih.
  3. Selama merebus ikan, tumis bawang putih dan jahe dengan minyak zaitun sampai wangi, kemudian masukkan ke salmon yg direbus. Aduk-aduk, kemudian matikan api, diamkan 5-10 menit.
  4. Larutkan 33 gr Miso dengan sedikit kuah rebusan (jangan mendidih, kata mas @andy bisa R.I.P semua bakteri baiknya), aduk rata, kemudian tuangkan ke sup salmon.
  5. Potong tahu Jepang jadi 2 bagian, kemudian potong memanjang 3 bagian dan potong kotak-kotak. cemplungkan ke sup salmon.
  6. Tambakan gula + kaldu jamur (bisa diskip), aduk rata, kemudian sajikan!. Salmon Miso Soup Sederhana
