You will also need dashi, which is made of dried kelp (seaweed) and dried bonito (fish), and can be purchased in granules or powder form in conveniently-sized jars. Miso soup is very popular in Japan and within the Pacific Region. It has also become a staple meal within the Japanese culture.
Bahan Membuat Sup miso (miso soup)
- Prepare 1,5 liter of Air galon.
- Prepare of Tofu/tahu sutra/tahu telur (bisa diganti tahu putih).
- It's of Kombu (ganggang laut) kering, potong sekitar 10x13 cm.
- Prepare Sejumput of Dried wakame (rumput laut kering).
- Prepare 2 sdm of miso (saya pakai merk enachan), cairkan dgn 50-100 ml air.
- It's 1/2 sdt of totole jamur.
- It's 3 sdm of kecap asin.
Langkah Memasak Sup miso (miso soup)
- Pertama bikin kuah dashi.
Lalu matikan kompor. Tunggu 5-10 menit sebelum dihidangkan..
