Langkah Memasak Miso Soup

  1. Siapkan air di dalam panci dengan api sedang..masukkan miso yg sudah dilarutkan dan dashi bubuk...
  2. Tambahkan ke dalam air, jamur hioko yg sudah diiris, daun bawang iris, lada putih bubuk, garam dan gula..didihkan.
  3. Apabila sudah mendidih, tambahkan tofu dan nori yg sudah dipotong...
