Miso soup is not miso soup without dashi. While you may not be familiar with dashi, it is actually the easiest and quickest broth one can make at home. I make my homemade dashi because it is so much simpler and straight forward than making chicken or vegetable stock!

- You need 2 sdm of miso halal.
- It's 2 buah of wortel, potong dadu.
- It's 1 genggam of kombu/ rumput laut kering, rendam dalam air 5 menit terlbih dahulu.

- It's secukupnya of Garam.

- It's 600 ml of air.
- It's of Tulang ayam organik yg msh ada dagingnya.
- Prepare 2 siung of bawang putih, geprek.
- Prepare 1/4 potong of bawang bombay, iris kasar.
- Prepare 1 batang of seledri.

- Siapkan dulu chicken stocknya. Didihkan air, masukkan semua bahan. Rebus dg api kecil selama 1-1,5 jam. Chicken stock siap digunakan..
- Setelah chicken stock siap, masukkan semua bahan diatas. Didihkan kembali dg api kecil sampai wortel empuk. Tes rasa.
